Returns

Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refund payments, if eligible, will be paid to the customer once the item has been returned and received by Home Luxury By TSV.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it or have any other issue with the product, please contact us at homeluxury.living@gmail.com

 

Shipping
 

In case of a return, the Buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipments (except Made to Order orders) are dispatched within 2 working days with tracking details provided.
